People being deprived, who stands up for the mistreatment of the people? <br /> <br />Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand stated that in light of the pending actions <br />with the City Mr. Green has to exhaust all his avenues. <br /> <br />COMMENTS FROM MS. CHERYL ASH REGARDING THE POSSIBLE CLOSING <br />OF THE LASALLE BRANCH LIBRARY <br />Cheryl Ash, 3820 Longley, South Bend, Indiana, advised that the St. Joseph County <br />Public Library Board is meeting next week and the fate of the LaSalle Branch and Tutt <br />Branch libraries on the agenda. She strongly urged the members of the South Bend <br />Common Council to get involved in the discussion to find solutions to keep those <br />branches open. <br /> <br />COMMENTS FROM PASTOR SYLVESTER WILLIAMS REGARDING FUNDING <br />FOR PUBLIC ACCESS <br />Pastor Sylvester Williams, 702 Lincoln Way West, South Bend, Indiana, stated that he is <br />a community broadcaster for WUBS. He advised that day by day the Council is getting <br />closer to voting on the 2011 budget.
