Streich for <br />appointment as a special police <br />officer <br />in the employ of the American <br />3istrict Telegraph Company and <br />upon the <br />Chefts recommendation, appointment <br />was so made. <br />Surety Bond in the amount of <br />$1,000.00 binding Casimer P. Kubiak, <br />Plant <br />suard for the Bell Telephone Company, was next examined and approved by <br />the Board. <br />IRE' DEPARTMENT: <br />The Claim of Harry H. Verkler, General Cbntractor, in the amount of <br />2278.00, subinitted,.a.djudged correct, and certified,for payment by Forrest <br />11. West, was examined by the Board and referred to Fire Chief Richard J. <br />uck'for his examination and signature.. <br />The Fire Department application of J. Robert Osborn was examined and <br />ered placed on file. <br />Reports of runs made to outlying township areas by Engine Companies, <br />s.'2, 10, 112 12 and 21 were examined and ordered filed. <br />
