The Petitioner is seeking this <br />alley vacation so that the proposed East Bank Townhome project adjoining to the south can <br />utilize the existing vehicular access for access to the townhomes. The Townhome project <br />features eight exclusive waterfront residential units. <br />It is the intention of the Petitioner to provide an ingress /egress easement in order for the <br />River Place office to maintain their rights to utilize this access.
