The scope of the park improvements include the Oliver Plow Memorial, the pedestrian trail, and park entry signage. On September 11th, the Board of Public Works opened the bids for the project. A copy of the bid tab matrix is attached for review. Upon approval of Resolution 2790 and the Addendum, staff will request the Board to award the following scope elements to the following vendors: • LL Geans Construction $414,826.25 • Fuerbringer Landscaping $74,882.00 The total scope of the project is $489,708.25. Work will start on the project yet this fall but it is anticipated that final completion will occur in late spring or early summer. The project will be complete and a formal dedication ceremony will occur upon the completion and installation of the sculptural elements being developed by Tuck Langland. Staff appreciates Commission and Board support of this project and respectfully requests approval of the resolution and addendum. What We Do Today Makes A Difference!
