The purpose of the work is to investigate the easement, determine <br />true ownership of the easement and any associated land parcels, define potential reuse of <br />the corridor, and identify any challenges. A map of the area of study is attached for review. <br />The estimated cost of the services for the project would be in the range of $5,450 to $5,780 <br />plus the cost of copies of the recorded documents. Due to the potential need for title work <br />or other related copy costs, staff would request a not -to- exceed amount of $7500 for this <br />project. <br />Staff requests favorable approval of this proposal. <br />What We Do Today Makes A Difference! <br />
