-2— <br />Task 2: Construction Documents: <br />Jul}, 6, 2010 <br />a) Construction Documents: After review and approval from City staff, Danch Harner will provide bid <br />ready, final construction drawings that will include existing conditions, layout plan, landscape plans, <br />details, specifications, and final construction cost estimates for the improvements. <br />Cost for this task would be $4,900 <br />Task 3: Bidding: <br />a) Bidding: Danch Harner will provide bidding and negotiating services at a time and material basis. <br />Task 4: Construction Inspection: <br />a) Construction inspection: If required, construction inspection services will be provided at a time and <br />material basis and will consist of monitoring day to day construction methods and practices to <br />insure proper installation of the trail, amenities, landscape, and any other project components. <br />Weekly progress reports will be sent to the City and Contractor for review and action.
