This project completes the landscaping of the Commission owned parcels on the southwest corner of Jefferson and Main Streets. Attached to the Addendum is a copy of the professional services proposal from Danch, Harner & Associates, which was approved by the Commission on July 09, 2010. This proposal details the scope of the project, with one exception. The paving of the daily parking lot has been withdrawn from this particular project, and will be handled separately. This project will make the appearance of this corner more appealing by removing the steel posts, concrete barriers, and various elements which are no longer used. New top soil and hydro seeding will be applied to the northern most lot, with three cement pads containing two benches each. The middle daily parking lot's entrance will be landscaped, an approach no longer used will be removed, and new mulch and plantings will be added to the current bed that runs along the western boundary of all three of these lots. Staff requests approval of Resolution 2757 and the Addendum To Master Agency Agreement for the Jefferson / Main Property Improvement Project. What We Do Today Makes A Difference!
