The Base <br />Impact Measures for net new einplo3qnentjebs, existing Jabs, and wages may <br />reflect the estimates of these impacts. <br />During year four Viand thereafter of a phase -in, the Base Impact Measures for <br />Investment must reflect actual investments as constructed or installed, and must <br />reflect actual performance for the Base Impact Measures credits associated with <br />the Base Impact Measures for net new eMployLnentjobs, , and wages. <br />Bonus Phase -In Credits must reflect actual performance achieved, in accordance with the <br />following: <br />During the first three years of a phase -in, Bonus credits must reflect actual <br />performance achieved during the previous calendar year per Section 2 -81. <br />During year four .and thereafter of a phase -in, Bonus credits must reflect actual <br />performance achieved during the previous calendar year per Section 2 -82. <br />IN <br />
