Q34-9) New Manufacturing Equipment has the meaning set forth in I.C. 6- 1.1- 12.1 -1 etseq. (240) New Personal Property includes New Manufacturing Equipment, New Research and Development Equipment, New Logistical Distribution Equipment and New Information and Technology Equipment, all having the meaning set forth. in I.C. 6- 1.1- 12.1 -1 et seq. (254) Phase -In Prevailing Wages means the appropriate existing rate structures for the area's building trades as documented in the area's current applicable construction labor agreement.
