(�) � (25) New Manufacturing Equipment has the meaning set forth in IC 6- <br />1.1- 12.1 -1 et seq. <br />(21I ) (25) (26) New Personal Property includes New Manufacturing Equipment, <br />New Research and Development Equipment, New Logistical Distribution <br />Equipment and New Information and Technology Equipment, all having the <br />meaning set forth in IC 6- 1.1- 12.1 -1 et seq. <br />(2-5) L66) (27) New Research and Development Equipment has the meaning set <br />forth in IC 6- 1.1- 12.1 -1 et seq. <br />(28) Office Development, for purposes of this tax abatement ordinance, is <br />intended to house certain of the economic activities described in major <br />groups listed in the North American Industry Classification System -- United <br />States, 2002 manual published by the United States Office of Management <br />and Budget's Economic Classification Policy Committee, which manual is <br />hereby incorporated by reference, with copies being maintained in the Office <br />of the City Clerk. The major groups are: 52 (except subgroups 5221 and <br />5222), 53 (includes only subgroups 5311, 5312, 5313 5331) 54, 55, 56 (except <br />subgroups 5616, 5617, 5619, 5621, 5622 and 5629), 62 (includes only sub <br />groups 6211, 6212, 6213, 6214, 6215, 6216, 6241), and 92 (excludes subgroups <br />9221 and 9271). Other economic activities may be considered by the <br />Common Council on a case -by case basis, however, such activities, including <br />those listed above, must fit within and complement the surrounding <br />neighborhood environment. <br />(2-6) JF) (29) Property has the meaning set forth in IC 6- 1,1- 12.1 -1 et seq. <br />(2-) (30) Redevelopment has the meaning set forth in IC 6- 1.1- 12.1 -1 et seq. <br />(2-8) (31) Redevelopment Blighted Area and RBA mean real Property <br />meeting the standards set forth in IC 6 -1.1 -12.1 et seq., excluding the South Side <br />Development Area. <br />(* (32) Rehabilitation has the meaning set forth in IC 6- 1.1- 12.1 -1 et seq. <br />(30) L�!D (33) Related Party means any person who is related within the meaning <br />of Section 267 of the Internal Revenue Code (i.e., United States Code, Title 26, <br />Subtitle A, Chapter 1, Subchapter B, Park IX, Section 267). <br />(-44-) L3j) (34) Residentially Distressed Area and RDA mean an area that meets <br />any of the following findings as declared by the Council: <br />5 <br />
