Ms. <br />Jones closed the public hearing for whatever <br />action the Commission wished to take. <br /> <br /> <br />(2) Approval of Resolution No. 2754 <br /> <br />Mr. Varner asked if a portion of these funds <br />will be used for the Erskine Detention Pond <br />reconstruction. If so, what is the plan to <br />maintain it so it is not the eyesore it has <br />been? Mr. Inks said that would be addressed <br />later in the meeting when items related to <br />Erskine Detention Pond construction were <br />discussed. <br /> <br />CRN.2754 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />OMMISSION APPROVED ESOLUTION O <br />APPROPRIATING TAX INCREMENT FINANCING <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />AAN.1 <br />REVENUES FROM LLOCATION REA O <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2754 <br />F <br />UND FOR THE PAYMENT OF CERTAIN <br />appropriating tax increment financing <br />OBLIGATIONS AND EXPENSES RELATED TO THE <br />revenues from Allocation Area No. 1 Fund <br />SSDAA <br />OUTH IDE EVELOPMENT REA LLOCATION <br />AN.1 <br />for the payment of certain obligations and <br />REA O <br />expenses related to the South Side <br />Development Area Allocation Area No. 1. <br /> <br /> <br />B.
