Our scope of services would be as follows: <br />A). Preparation of a Sign Variance Petition for two proposed entrance identification <br />signs for the Oliver Plow Industrial Park subdivision, including Preliminary Site Plan, <br />Application forms, Notice of public Hearing, Notice to adjacent owners and <br />representation at Board of Zoning Appeals Public Hearing(s). <br />Cost of Planning work described above .......................................... $ 2,100; <br />Cost of submittal fees, mailings & legal advertisement ......................... $ 485; <br />If the above proposal is acceptable. ~;~e could start the required work within 5-9 <br />working days or less.
