Mr, Inks made a motion that the <br />Sideti~~alk Cafe Permit Application be approved if it is in the right-of-way. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt. of comments from Community anti Economic <br />Development and Engineering about trip hazards and drainage issues at several of the listed <br />parking garages in the License Application fear Public Parking Facilities for AMPCC3 System. <br />Parking. Fawor-able recommendations were received from the Fire Department. APC4J is <br />requesting the license fc~r the following: <br />1. 117 S. Willarrrs Street -Trip Hazard <br />2. 1 1 l S.
