The <br />Annexation Area is proposed to be zoned "PUR" Planned Unit Development upon annexation. <br />The Indiana Code requires that voluntary annexation ordinances be advertised 2Q days before public hearing, and <br />adapted no earlier than 14 days after the public hearing. Fiscal plans, required of a[I annexations, must lae adapted <br />after the public hearing of the annexation ordinance. <br />F am requesting that the fallowing schedule be followed: <br />Public hearing (Second Reading): l7ctober 25, 2010 <br />Hearing on fiscal plan (by resolution]: October 25, 2010 <br />Adoption [Third Reading); November S, 2010 <br />The interruption in the Second Reading is due to the Fiscal Plan having to be scheduled before the Board of Public <br />Works, the Board of Public Safety, and the zoning proposal to be heard by the Area Plan Commission. <br />if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 289-1066 x Z23.
