???U T l1 y? <br />MAU <br />r . <br />Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council <br />2010 <br />The September 13, 2010 Executive Session of the South Bend Common <br />Council was called to order by Council President Derek D. Dieter at 6:30 p.m. in <br />the Council's Informal Meeting Room. <br />Persons in attendance included Council Members Rouse, Kirsits, Varner, <br />Puzzello, Dieter, Henry Davis, Jr., Oliver J. Davis, White and LaFountain; and <br />Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council's Agent <br />Council President Dieter noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant to <br />the September 9, 2010 Notice of Executive Session for the purpose of discussing <br />strategy with regard to collective bargaining relative to Police and Fire <br />negotiations authorized pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(A). No <br />bargaining adversaries were involved in such strategy discussions. <br />This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session <br />was that contained in the September 9, 2010 "Notice of Executive Session". <br />Council President Dieter adjourned the Executive Session at 6:50 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Derek D.
