Land Planners <br />September 14, 2010 <br />RE: Preparation of an Easement Survey for Kink Riverside site at the Northwest corner <br />of Sycamore Street and Colfax Avenue, <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Dear Mr. Relos: <br />I have reviewed the previously done survey work we provided to you for the Rink <br />Riverside property at the Northwest comer of Sycamore Street and Colfax Avenue, South <br />Bend, Indiana. I can use that survey work to prepare the easement legal description and <br />drawing for the existing sidewalk, retaining wall and boardwalk over the property which <br />is proposed to be sold. <br />The cost for the preparation of the easement legal and drawing for this site would be <br />$ 575. <br />With project approval, we could have the drawing sent by the week of September <br />27th.
