Personnel and Finance Committee Meetin on Mandan. <br />September 1,3, 2010, in the Council Informal Meeting Room 4 Floor Counfy- <br />City Building, South Bend, Indiana. <br />This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.b- <br />6.1(b)(2)(A) and shall be held far the discussion of strategy with regard to <br />coilective bargaining relative to Police and Fire Negotiations.
