CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING AUGUST 2 2010 227 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 8:30 a.m. ara <br />Monday, August 2, 2010, by Board Member Donald E. Inks with Board Member Carl P. <br />Littrell present. Board President Gary A. Gilot was absent. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Inks stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is <br />fully supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods ar services has approved <br />the claims; and the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for <br />accuracy. <br />Mr. Inks stated the following claims were submitted to the board for abnroval: <br />Name Amount o~ Claim Date <br />City of South Bend $5,837,471.77 07/26/10, <br />07127110, & <br />07/30/10 <br />City of South Bend $1,856,028.38 08/02/10 <br />City of South Bend $1,141,792.05 07/30/10 <br />St. Joseph County Housing Consortium $5,820.00 07/22/10 <br />Therefore, Mr. Inks made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be <br />approved as submitted.
