~~~~t <br />PERSONNEL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE <br />FEBRUARY 22, 210 <br />Karen White, Vice-Chairperson, Personnel and Finance Committee called the meeting to <br />order at 3:15 p.m. <br />Committee Members Present: Oliver Davis, David Varner <br />Other Council Present: Derek Dieter, Ann Puzzello, Timothy Rouse <br />Others Present: Chief Boykins, Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Rita Kopala, <br />Agenda: Bill No. Z 0-08 -Scrap Metal/Recycling License Issuance <br />Due to the absence of Committee Chair Tom LaFountain the Vice-Chair Karen White <br />called upon the City Clerk to present Bill No. 10-08. The Clerk indicated the bill <br />requested Council approval of 6 scrap/junkyard licenses.
