COSB -Bill Schalliol <br />August 3, 2010 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />Scope of Services <br />Task 1 -Pre-Planning Services <br />This task will include coordination of owner supplied data and preparation of that data for use in <br />design. This would include existing drawings, field measurements and verification, structure <br />evaluation, and any other information relating to the project from outside sources. <br />Also included in this task will be pre-planning of the project with information gathered relative to <br />final use and operation of the facility. Conceptual designs of the project will be generated to aid <br />in the design process at later stages of the project. <br />Task 2 -Protect Management <br />This task will include all necessary project management for the project. Numerous meetings are <br />needed will all of the partners in the project to determine approach, required elements, budgets, <br />estimates, and planning feedback. Direction and focus will be provided to help ensure that all <br />programming needs are met. With this information, we will guide the project from the pre- <br />planning stage to the design stage. <br />Project Fees <br />The total lump sum fee to provide the tasks outlined in the Scope of Services is as follows: <br />Task 1 -Pre-Planning Services $25,500.00 <br />Task 2 -Project Management Services $24,500.00 <br />Total Professional Services Lump Sum Fee: $50,000.00 <br />Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at 574-232-4388.
