(Monique Inc. Warehouse) <br />(5) Resolution No. 2739 approving and <br />accepting a counteroffer for property <br />located at 609 W. Indiana Avenue. <br />(Monique Inc. Warehouse) <br />The property owner submitted a counter offer <br />of 530,000. No relocation assistance is <br />needed. Staff feels this counter offer is a <br />reasonable value for this property. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2739 <br />approving and accepting a counteroffer in the <br />amount of 530,000 for property located at <br />609 W.
