A DISTANCE OF 159 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A POINT WHICH IS 200 FEET DISTANT AND <br />PERPENDICULAR TO THE CENTERLINE OF SOUTH BEND AVENUE, SAID POINT ALSO <br />BEING THE NORTHERLY CITY LIMIT LINE DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE NO. 2595; <br />THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY CITY LIMIT LINE DESCRIBED IN <br />SAID ORDINANCE 2595 A DISTANCE OF 730 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE NORTH AND <br />SOUTH CENTERLINE OF SAID SECTION 6; THENCE NORTH ALONG SAID NORTH AND <br />SOUTH CENTERLINE A DISTANCE OF 230 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE NORTH LINE OF <br />SAID SECTION 6; THENCE EAST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE A DISTANCE OF 251 FEET <br />MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 26.20 ACRES MORE OR <br />LESS. <br />SECTION II. That the boundaries of the City of South Bend, Indiana, shall be and are hereby <br />declared to be extended so as to include the real estate of the above described parcel as a part of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />SECTION III. Ordinance No. 9495-04, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the <br />Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in <br />order that the zoning classification of the real estate described in Section I above, with the <br />exception of all adjacent rights-of--way, in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of <br />Indiana be and the same is hereby established as "U" University District (as more particularly <br />described in Article 6, Section 21-06.02 of the City of South Bend Zoning Ordinance); provided, <br />however, that the required, established, and stated procedures for review of such zoning <br />classification by the Area Plan Commission have been fully satisfied. <br />SECTION N.
