July 12, 2010 Zoning and Annexation Committee Meeting Minutes <br />Page 2 <br />Substitute Bill No. 10-31 Special Exception Request for 850 Fellows Street <br />Council Member Kirsits called for a report from the Board of Zoning Appeals on Bill No. 10-31. <br />Mark Lyons of the Building Department reported that a hearing was held before the Area Board of <br />Zoning Appeals to permit a special exception use for a wrecker service required by the City Code <br />to permit outdoor storage or operations. The Board sends the request with a unanimous favorable <br />recommendation. <br />Mr. Mirkin stated that every time that a towing company is requesting outdoor storage that the <br />Code requires to City Council to look at each one pursuant to their special exception regulations. <br />There was no one from the public to speak in favor or in opposition.
