Kendall <br />St.) <br /> <br /> <br />(2) Resolution No. 2726 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area (809-813 W. Indiana <br />Ave.) <br /> <br />Mr. Relos noted that items 6.D.(2) through <br />6.D.(5) and 6.D.(18) are all resolutions that <br />set the acquisition offering price for property <br />on the Airport Economic Development Area <br />Acquisition List and authorize the sending of <br />a purchase offer for the property. The <br />offering price was established as the average <br />of two independent appraisals. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2726 sets the offering price <br />for 809 – 813 W. Indiana Ave. at $41,500. <br />The property contains a two story, four <br />bedroom single family residences with two <br />garages (a one-car attached and two-car <br />detached). <br /> 8 <br /> <br />
