South Side Development Area <br /> <br />(1) Resolution No. 2714 related to acquisition <br />of property in the South Side Development <br />Area (4215 S. Main Street) <br /> <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2714 <br />establishes the acquisition offering price of <br />$79,000 for 4215 South Main Street. The <br />property was added to the acquisition list in <br />2006 and staff has been trying to come to <br />agreement with the owner on price since that <br />time.
