Chapin) <br /> <br />Mr. Relos noted that Resolution No. 2729 <br />sets the offering price for 1510 S. Chapin at <br />$21,000. Chapin) <br /> <br /> <br />(6) Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan <br />Fund Grant Agreement – Environmental <br />Remediation at the former Railroad <br />Property south of the former Studebaker <br />Stamping Plant property <br /> <br />Ms. Kolata noted that item 6.D.(6) and <br />6.D.(7) are related to what we are calling the <br />former railroad property south of the former <br />Studebaker Stamping Plant. The land is <br />vacant. The Commission purchased it from <br />Norfolk Southern Railroad. There is some <br />soil contamination on the site. We are using <br />an EPA grant from stimulus funds to clean it <br />up. The Commission is being asked here to <br />approve a grant agreement in the amount not <br />to exceed $160,000.
