Two <br />of the ordinances are necessary to appropriate monies to defray expenses of several City departments <br />and designated funds, the third is necessary in order to levy taxes and fix the rate of taxation for the <br />purpose of raising revenue, and the fourth sets forth the annual compensation for non-bargaining <br />employees of the City for the year 2007. <br />JANICE 1..
