Our scope of services would <br />be as follows: <br />A). Preparation of a Special Use-Variance Petition for the relocation of a Private Club to <br />property located at 2602 Western Ave., including Preliminary Site Plan, Application forms, <br />Notice of public Hearing, Notice to adjacent owners and representation at Board of Zoning <br />Appeals Public Hearing(s) and at South Bend Common Council Public Hearing(s). <br />Cost of Planning work described above ................................................ $ 2,450; <br />Cost of submittal fees, mailings & legal advertisement ............................... $ 700; <br />If the above proposal is acceptable, we could start the required work within 5-9 working <br />days or less. We would plan to submit the Petition to the Board of Zoning Appeals by Aug. <br />l Ot~' for a Sept. 1st Public Hearing and either a Sept. 27th or Oct. 12th meetings before the <br />City Council.
