A~°~ ~' ~~° <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA APPROPRIATING $1.59;145 OUT OF FUND 649 TO MAKE THE FIRST <br />INTEREST PAYMENT ON THE 2006 SEWAGE WORKS REVENUE BOND. <br />STATEMCNT OF I'URl'OSE AND INTENT <br />The interest pa}~ment for the Sewage Works Revenue Bonds sold in May of 2006 was not <br />identified in the 2006 Sewage Works budget request. This interest amounts to $159,145 and is <br />due in December of 2006. This Ordinance appropriates a total of $159,145 to make these <br />payments. <br />NOW, "THEREFORE. BE I"f ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, as follows: <br />Section I. The sum of $159,145 is hereby appropriated from and set aside within Fund <br />No. 649 for purposes of making Interest payments on the Sewage Works revenue bonds of 2006 <br />(Account No. 649-0630-472.38-02). <br />Section II.
