ORDINANCE NO. ~bg3-OSo <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $186,781 OUT OF FUND 641 <br />TO PAY COSTS FOR INCREASED WATER WORKS MANAGEMENT FEES <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />In 2006 the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission increased the revenue <br />requirement that the South Bend Water Works receives from the South Bend <br />Sewage Works by $186,781. This Ordinance appropriates a total of $186,781 to <br />make these payments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $186,781 is hereby appropriated and set aside <br />within Fund No. 641 for purposes making additional payments to the South Bend <br />Water Works (Account No. 641-0630-793.31-07) for management services. <br />SECTION II.
