South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting –July 9, 2010 <br /> <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br /> <br />C. Airport Economic Development Area <br /> <br />(14) continued… <br /> (Task 4) and Construction Inspection (Task <br />5) to be expensed at a time & materials <br />amount. The project includes topographic <br />survey, site analysis, land use planning and <br />design concepts and construction plans for <br />buffering along Arnold Street. Staff requests <br />approval of Tasks 1-5 ata Not-To-Exceed <br />cost of $11,000. <br /> <br />C <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alford, seconded by <br />OMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />DH&A <br />ANCH ARNER SSOCIATES FOR THE SCOPE <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the <br />OF SERVICES PROPOSED AND A FEE NOT TO <br />Commission accepted the proposal from <br />$11,000 <br />EXCEED <br />Danch Harner & Associates for the scope of <br />services proposed and a fee not to exceed <br />$11,000. <br /> <br /> <br /> D. West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br /> <br /> <br />There was no business in the West Washington- <br />Chapin Development Area. <br /> <br /> <br /> E.
