Airport Economic Development Area <br /> <br />(3) continued… <br /> <br />CRN.2707 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alford, seconded by <br />OMMISSION APPROVED ESOLUTION O <br />RELATED TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY IN THE <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the <br />AEDA(823 <br />IRPORT CONOMIC EVELOPMENT REA <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2707 <br />W.IA.) <br /> NDIANA VE <br />related to acquisition of property in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area (823 <br />W. Indiana Ave.) <br /> <br /> <br />(4) Resolution No. 2708 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area (1519 S. Kemble Ave.) <br /> <br />Mr. Relos noted that 1519 S. Kemble Ave.is <br />a vacant lot on the west side of Kemble, <br />between Indiana and Prairie . Resolution No. <br />2708 sets the acquisition value of the <br />property at $2,900. <br /> <br />CRN.2708 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alford, seconded by <br />OMMISSION APPROVED ESOLUTION O <br />RELATED TO ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY IN THE <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the <br />AEDA <br />IRPORT CONOMIC EVELOPMENT REA <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2708 <br />(1519S.KA.) <br /> EMBLE VE <br />related to acquisition of property in the <br /> <br />Airport Economic Development Area (1519 <br />S. Kemble Ave.) <br /> <br /> <br />(5) Resolution No. 2716 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area (1510 S. Kemble) <br /> <br />Mr. Relos noted that 1510 S. Kemble is a two <br />story, 1,270 square foot, four bedroom single <br />family residence.
