ORDINANCENO. ~~~?-~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING $98,664 RECEIVED FROM <br />THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FOR THE CEASEFIRE PROGRAM <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to deliver services to individuals within our community, the City of South Bend <br />received funds from the U.S. Department of Justice to insure the delivery of programs, projects <br />and services through various subgrantees. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South <br />Bend, Indiana as follows: <br />Section I. The sum of $98,664 is hereby appropriated within Fund 212 for use by <br />Ceasefire of South Bend, Inc. in its Ceasefire violence prevention program. <br />Section II.
