Washington Street: rezoning petition from MU (Mixed Use) to SF 2 (Single Family <br />2). This property is owned by South Bend Heritage Foundation. <br />2. 1040/1102 W. Washington Street (Engman Natatorium and its adjacent parking lot): rezoning <br />petition from SF 2 (Single Family 2) to O (Office). These properties are owned by the City of <br />South Bend and South Bend Heritage Foundation is acting as the representative of the Board of <br />Public Works/City of South Bend in this rezoning request. <br />3. 1045 W. Washington Street (Hansel Neighborhood Center): rezoning petition from MF (Multi <br />Family) to O (Office).
