Also attached is a copy of the petition, Statement of Benefits form, and <br />supporting information. <br />The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. The Petitioner, Olive <br />Cleveland Partners, LLC, Inc., proposes to construct an 80,000 square foot warehouse/distribution <br />facility for one of the Petitioner's existing tenants.
