Staff requests <br />approval of Tasks 1-5 ata Not-To-Exceed <br />cost of $11,000. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alford, seconded by <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from <br />Danch Harner & Associates for the scope of <br />services proposed and a fee not to exceed <br />$11,000. <br />D. West Washington-Chapin Development Area <br />There was no business in the West Washington- <br />Chapin Development Area. <br />E. South Side Development Area <br />(1) Staff report and Resolution No. 2722 <br />determining to proceed with the <br />redemption of the presently outstanding <br />Adjustable Rate Demand Tax Increment <br />Revenue Bonds, Series 2006 (Erskine <br />Commons Project) <br />Mr. Inks noted that in Apri12004 the <br />Redevelopment Commission entered into a <br />Development Agreement with Anchor <br />Acquisitions, Ltd. That Agreement <br />anticipated two bonds being issued for the <br />development of Erskine Commons, an EDC <br />bond in the amount of $3.5 million, and a <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />DANCH HARNER & ASSOCIATES FOR THE SCOPE <br />OF SERVICES PROPOSED AND A FEE NOT TO <br />EXCEED $11,000 <br />27 <br />
