South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting -July 9, ZO10 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />C. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(11) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alford, seconded by <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Real Estate <br />Donation Agreement with Community <br />Enterprises Properties LLC (Ivy Tech), 412 <br />E. Sample Street, former Habitat Restore) <br />(12) Resolution No. 2723 approving and <br />authorizing the execution of an Addendum <br />to the Master Agency Agreement. <br />(Studebaker Demolition -Phase IV) <br />Mr. Relos noted that Resolution No. 2723 <br />approves an addendum to the Master Agency <br />Agreement with the Board of Public Works. <br />The Master Agency Agreement will allow <br />preparation of bid specs and project oversight <br />for the demolition of the last two Studebaker <br />buildings located within the Ignition Park <br />boundaries -the Studebaker Engineering and <br />Foundry buildings. <br />Mr. Relos noted that Exhibit A of the Master <br />Agency Agreement gives the overview of the <br />project scope and anticipated budget for this <br />project. The winning bid for this project <br />should be awarded in August, with <br />demolition beginning in September of this <br />year. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2723 <br />approving and authorizing the execution of <br />an Addendum to the Master Agency <br />Agreement.
