The property sought to be rezoned is located at 1201 West Washington Street, South <br />Bend, Indiana, 46601. <br />2. The owner of the property is South Bend Heritage Foundation, located at 803 <br />Lincolnway West, South Bend, Indiana, 46616, 574/289-1066. <br />3. There is no contingent purchaser at this time. <br />4. It is desired and requested that this property be rezoned from MU (Mixed Use) to SF <br />2 (Single Family 2). <br />5. This rezoning is requested to allow for the sale of the home once substantial <br />rehabilitation is complete to a qualified low and/or moderate income homebuyer. <br />6.
