98 <br />SPECIAL MEETING/EXECUTIVE SESSION DECEMBER 21, 2005 <br />A Special Meeting/Executive Session of the Board of Public Safety was convened at 2:30 p.m. on <br />Wednesday, December 21, 2005 for the purposes specified inI.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b) (2) (B)and (b) (6j <br />(B). No subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject matter specified <br />in the public notice. The meeting was held at the South Bend Police Department, 701 West Sample <br />Street, South Bend, Indiana. <br />President Jesusa Rodriguez advised that this was the date set for the Special Meeting concerning the <br />matter of Sergeant Nathan Cannon, South Bend Police Department. President Rodriguez <br />acknowledged and introduced Board Members Juanita Dempsey and Donald Alford. Attorney <br />Joseph Simeri, acting Board of Public Safety Attorney, was present. <br />In addition, Sergeant Nathan Cannon and his Attorney, Mr. Jeffrey Kimmell was present, as was <br />Attorney Thomas Bodnar and Police Chief Thomas Fautz. Jacob, Clerk ~U <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />DECEMBER 21.2005 <br />The Board of Public Safety reconvened and met in the Executive Session at 10:00 a.m. on <br />Wednesday, December 21, 2005, in the Mayor's Conference Room, 14~' Floor, County City <br />Building, South Bend, Indiana, with President Jesusa Rodriguez and Board Juanita Dempsey and <br />Donald Alford present. <br />The meeting was held in the Mayor's Conference Room, 14~' Floor, County City Building, South <br />Bend, Indiana, for the purposes specified inI.C. 5-14-1.5-6.1(b) (6) (B)and adjourned at 11:05 a.m. <br />Board members did not discuss any subject matter other than the subject matter as specified in the <br />Public Notice. <br />Donald L.
