Martin, Clerk <br />REGULAR MEETING JUNE 28, 2010 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Publie Works was convened at 9:35 a.m. on Monday, June <br />28, 2010, by Board President Gary A. Gilot, with Board Member Donald E. lnks present. Board <br />Member Carl P. Littrell was absent. Also present was Board Attorney Cheryl Greene. <br />ADDTION TO THE AGENDA <br />Board Attorney Cheryl Greene requested the addition of an Addendum to a Master Agency <br />Agreement with the Redevelopment Commission for the Studebaker Area A Demolitions, <br />Project Na. 149-032. Attorney Greene noted the addendum would be approved at the July 9, <br />2010 Redevelopment Commission Meeting and the Board of Works could sign it at their July 12, <br />2010 xraeeting. <br />APPROVE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING <br />iJpan a motion made by Mr. Inks, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the minutes of the Agenda <br />Session, Regular Meeting and Claims Meeting of the Board held on June 10, June 14, June 21, <br />2410, were approved. <br />OF_E__NING OP BIDS _ BARTLETT STREET PARKING STRUCTURE FACADE <br />RENOVATION ~.
