Mr. Miller questioned whether the Memorial Streetscapes project is a <br />Federal project. Mr. Inks stated it is being funded solely by Downtown TIF funds, it is not <br />Federal. Mr. Miller stated the specs reference the OFCCP, which he is assuming is a Federal <br />Office.
