Lafayette Blvd. That property is made up <br />of six parcels, and is located on the east side <br />of Lafayette, just south of Sample. The <br />building on this property sits at the far <br />northern end and is very near the adjacent <br />building to the north. Because of the <br />proximity of the neighboring building, staff <br />feels it is necessary to find the exact <br />boundaries of the property, to assist in the <br />demolition specifications currently being <br />drafted. <br /> <br />The scope of work for this agreement <br />includes (1) a boundary survey, (2) placing <br />monuments at property corners if needed and <br /> 18 <br /> <br />
