~~:a~ j~ ~ <br />,, <br />„,.- <br />~:- <br />SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 4, 2005 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Safety was convened at 8:20 a.m. on Friday, <br />November 4, 2005, by Board Member Donald L. Alford with Board Members Juanita <br />Dempsey and Wesley Taylor present. Board President Jesusa Rodriguez was not present. <br />Also present was Board Attorney Thomas Bodnar and Fire Chief Luther Taylor. <br />SET HEARING -CHARGE OS-03 -JEREMY DOWNS <br />Mr. Bodnar introduced Mr. Chris Lewis, who is Jeremy Downs Attorney in this matter. <br />Mr. Bodnar stated he spoke with Mr: Lewis and Mr. Simeri regarding the hearing date, <br />and suggested Friday, November 8, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. Mr. Lewis stated the matter would <br />not take too long on this date. <br />There being no further discussion, upon a motion made by Mr. Alford, seconded by Ms. <br />Dempsey and carried, the hearing date of Friday, November 8, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. was set <br />for the hearing in the matter of Charge OS-03. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Alford declared the <br />meeting adjourned at 8:25 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br />~----- <br />Jesusa ~2odriguez, Presi <br />`1 <br />~ ~ ~/ <br />Donald L.
