DEROSE <br />CHIEF ASSISTANT CITYATTORNEY <br />Re: Substitute Version -Bill No. 26-10: Sewer Rate Ordinance <br />Dear President Dieter: <br />Attached is a substitute version of Bill No. 26-10 which adjusts sewer rates and charges <br />through calendar year 2013. The only change between this substitute and the ordinance as <br />originally filed is the effective date of the sewer rate change. If this Bill passes at the Council's <br />June 28 meeting, the effective date will be July 10, not July 1, 2010. The original effective date <br />of July 1 was based upon an understanding that public hearing would take place June 14.
