(6/17/2010) Brian Wood -Sewer Certification of Compliance 2010.doc Page 1 <br />CERTIFICATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH NOTICE REQUIREMENT OF <br />I.C. 36-9-23-26 <br />The undersigned hereby certifies that on June ~ 1 , 2010, in conformity with I.C. 36-9- <br />23-26 the undersigned placed in the United States Postal Service with first class postage affixed, <br />notices addressed to each and all users of the City of South Bend sewage works located outside <br />the municipal boundaries of the City of South Bend. The notice mailed to all such users is <br />identical to the notice which is attached to this certification (Exhibit "1" hereto). <br />The names of South Bend's sewage works users located outside the City's corporate <br />boundaries to whom notice was mailed was obtained from the City of South Bend Water Works <br />Division of the Department of Public Works, which is responsible for billing outside users for <br />the sewage works utility.
