ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 850 <br />FELLOWS STREET, SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 46601 - 3121, COUNCILMA.NIC DISTRICT 2 IN <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />WHEREAS, the property located at 850 Fellows Street, South Bend, Indiana 46601 -3121, is <br />currently zoned LI Light Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, H. G. CHRISTMAN CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. wishes to rezone the property <br />located at 850 Fellows Street, South Bend, Indiana 46601 -3121, to GI General Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, rezoning the property located at 850 Fellows Street, South Bend, Indiana 46601 -3121, <br />is necessary in order that the property may be used and/or owned by LTODD, LLC and/or Rylynn, LLC, <br />d /b /a Bestway Towing, for a wrecker service; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana as follows: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 9495 -04, is amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning <br />classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of <br />Indiana: <br />Lot Lettered `V' as shown on the plat of Monroe- Sample Replat recorded January 31, 1990 in <br />the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana as Instrument No. 9002533 <br />be and the same is hereby established as GI General Industrial District. <br />SECTION II.
