<br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JULY 13, 2005 <br />APPROVAL OF RECRUITMENT INCENTIVE <br />Chief Fautz stated the Police Department needed to attract quality candidates from the South Bend <br />area. To encourage and reward this activity, Chief Fautz is asking that any officer not assigned to the <br />training division, producing a candidate hired by the Police Department, receive a day off with pay as <br />an incentive.
