Page 2 of 2 <br />First, you should send me the information on construction required to complete items 22 and 23 in your tax <br />abatement application. I have attached a copy of that application for your information. I will then calculate the <br />number of years of tax abatement the project qualifies for and advise you. <br />once we have calculated the term length for the abatement I can submit it to the Common Council for their <br />review. I will also send an up -dated Memorandum of Agreement to you with the term of the tax abatement <br />filled in and the specific amount for administrative costs related to the tax abatement. You then should send <br />the signed Memorandum of Agreement and the additional payment for administrative costs to me. I do not <br />know if Greg Pink is still involved with the project so I am also attaching a copy of the instruction letter and <br />draft Memorandum of Agreement that I sent to him back on March 9, 2010. <br />Please note that I will need the signed Memorandum of agreement and payment before the Council considers <br />the confirming resolution. <br />In the past the Building Commissioner has permitted tax abatement applicants to pull a building permit after the <br />designating resolution is passed by the Common Council.
