COSB -David Relos <br />June 9, 2010 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES (TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY SERVICES) <br />Topographic survey shall include the following: <br />Data collection of existing buildings and topographic features within the boundaries of the <br />parcel. <br />• No contours or surface model will be prepared at this time. Once the demolition of the site <br />has been performed a full asbuilt survey can be performed and fees may be negotiated at <br />that time. <br />Limitations: <br />• Invert measurements made on storm and sanitary structures will be made from above ground <br />only, utilizing methods that do not require confined space entry apparatus, such as ventilation <br />and extraction equipment. <br />• Utility lines will be shown based upon field evidence located during our field survey and per <br />plans and marking provided by the owner, utility companies, or their representatives. We <br />cannot certify that all utilities required are available. <br />The estimated fee for performing the boundary and topographic survey will be $3,183.00. <br />Be assured that all of the above will be delivered in a continuously timely manner with the timetable <br />of the project held foremost. As you know, Wightman Petrie guarantees the best possible product <br />provided in the most efficient manner and accordingly will strive to reduce costs wherever possible. <br />Our services will be billed monthly unless the amounts in any month are not significant. Our monthly <br />statements will include charges for some expenses that we may incur on your behalf.
