ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING $2,000,000.00 FROM STATE GRANT <br />FUND ( #210) FOR THE OPERATING ENDOWMENT FOR RAY AND JOAN <br />KROC CENTER <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of a State of Indiana Grant, <br />certain appropriations are needed: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section I. The sum of $1,000,000.00 is hereby appropriated from State Grant <br />Fund (fund ##210) for the operating endowment at the Ray and Joan Kroc Center to be <br />constructed at Western and Chapin Streets in South Bend. <br />Section II.
